Why One on One Counseling:
Sometimes, it is just nice to talk to someone who knows how to listen. Counseling Options:
One-on-one Counseling: Meet with your personal therapist as often as you like in-person or via telehealth. Choice Health Integrated offers therapy sessions in the morning, afternoon, and evening.
Couples Counseling: Strengthen your coupleship with the assistance of a licensed marriage counselor. Your therapist can work with you and your partner to develop a stronger relationship. Sometimes this means meeting as a couple, and other times it might mean working one-on-one with your therapist.
Family Therapy: Involves family members in your treatment process, helping to heal relationships and establish a supportive home environment.

Choice Recovery offers counseling services to individuals, couples, and families. It is preferred you meet in person with your therapist, but telehealth sessions are available if that is more convenient for you.
