In January 2024 Choice Recovery will become Choice Health Integrated (CHI), your neighborhood health and wellness center. Choice Health will offer whole-body care that combines the tools available through evidence-based physical and mental health care with the power of purposeful and healthy lifestyle choices.
Life provides us with plenty of everyday challenges, but our health and wellness doesn’t need to be one of them. As members of the Choice Health family, you will have access to our professionally licensed and experienced staff who can assist you in building a life you love through evidence-based whole-body physical and mental health care.
Choice Health will continue to provide individuals with all the services and support it has offered since opening in 2019 with the addition of the following treatments as an integrated clinic.
Behavioral Health resources including Individual, Couples, and Family Therapy, as well as Peer Support services which will all be supported by Psychiatry, Medication Management and MAT.
Primary Care will deliver traditional PCP offerings for families with a keen attention to members with co-occurring disorders where biologic, social, and emotional stressors can be abated or agitated by changes in medication, nutrition, sleep, or exercise.
Choice Health accepts most major insurance plans, as well as AHCCCS and Medicare insurance.
2nd LOCATION - JANUARY 2024
Choice Health Integrated will open its 2nd location in January 2024. This Phoenix location will offer the same services as our Mesa clinic in a modern, friendly, and comfortable environment. Our new location is conveniently located in Phoenix at:
