Choice Recovery offers outpatient treatment programs customized to the individual in need of care. The hardest step to entering outpatient treatment might be the first call to admissions. Please know our admission counselors are always here to help you understand the Choice Programming as well as complete a confidential assessment to determine eligibility for IOP treatment.
Choice Recovery accepts AHCCCS insurance including Mercy Care, Banner University, United Healthcare, Care 1st, and AZ Complete Health. We also work with most private insurance companies. We know that transitioning from one level of care to another can be a difficult period for anyone in recovery. Thus, our therapeutic treatment model is specifically designed to offer a holistic and comprehensive program for individuals entering their next phase of care. Each person who enters our program has unique needs and talents. After the initial assessment at our facility, you will receive a customized treatment plan from our staff and begin to build your personal recovery plan. These plans are your starting point and as you progress in recovery they can be modified to ensure you are receiving and doing exactly what is needed. Our integrated approach to addiction treatment focuses on holistic healing that allows those in recovery to heal their mind, body and spirit so they can live a life that they love.
